Indian Icon Awards is committed to maintaining the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and respect for all nominees, participants, sponsors, and associated organizations. By registering, nominating, or participating in our event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Respect for Reputation
We do not intend to harm, damage, or misrepresent the reputation of any individual, nominee, participant, sponsor, or organization during the event or related activities. Any concerns regarding misrepresentation or reputational harm will be investigated fairly and addressed promptly.

2. Mandatory Review of Policy
All individuals or organizations submitting nominations, registrations, or payments must carefully read this Privacy & Participation Policy along with the Terms & Conditions before initiating any financial transaction. Proceeding with payment will be considered as acceptance of all policies outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should not proceed with registration, nomination, or payment.

3. Financial Transactions & Refunds
All financial transactions made towards nominations, registrations, or sponsorships are strictly subject to the terms agreed upon. In the rare event that an award is not delivered as per agreement (e.g., your name is not announced on stage despite prior confirmation), you may be eligible for a full refund after proper investigation by the organizing committee. Refunds will not be processed for reasons outside contractual obligations (e.g., dissatisfaction with event outcomes, venue, or general arrangements).

4. Eligibility & Process for Refunds
Refund claims must be submitted in writing via official email to [insert official email ID] within 7 working days from the date of the event. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days after completion of the investigation. Partial refunds or adjustments may apply if costs already incurred by the organizer are non-refundable. Refund eligibility is strictly at the discretion of the organizing committee, and their decision will be final and binding.

5. Terms of Participation & Legal Safeguards
By proceeding with registrations, nominations, or payments, you agree to abide by the event’s Terms & Conditions. Indian Icon Awards does not accept or entertain any claims for damages or compensation under any circumstances. Any misuse of legal notices, intimidation, or threats will be reported to concerned authorities, including local police, and may invite legal consequences.

6. Data Protection & Confidentiality
All personal and organizational data shared with us (through nomination forms, registrations, or payments) will be treated with strict confidentiality. Information will only be used for event-related purposes and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law. While we implement reasonable security measures to protect data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted electronically.

7. Event Conduct & Transparency
The event will be conducted with utmost transparency and fairness across all award categories. Decisions made by the jury or selection panel are final and binding. Participants, however, may seek clarifications in case of discrepancies.

8. Liability Disclaimer
Indian Icon Awards will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, technical failures, or human errors. In such cases, alternate arrangements will be made where possible, and refunds (if applicable) will be considered strictly on a case-to-case basis. The organizers’ decision regarding refunds in such situations shall be final and binding.
